  • 3 Days
  • December – March
  • Chamonix
Description

Combine business with pleasure in one of the world’s most spectacular locations, Chamonix Mont-Blanc. Three days is plenty of time to fit ski lessons alongside conferences, seminars, and meetings in exceptional surroundings.
Our fully qualified ski instructors and mountain guides are handpicked by us to provide the best possible experience for your team. We keep group sizes small so that everyone benefits from personal attention and groups can be split according to ability and aims, allowing everyone to enjoy themselves and make good progress. More experienced skiers and snowboarders can venture further afield with our UIAGM mountain guides to explore the excellent off-piste terrain that Chamonix is famous for.
Non-skiers will not be left out in the cold… Chamonix offers a wealth of fantastic experiences that we love to share such as snowshoeing, paragliding, wine-tasting, Aiguille du Midi, Mer de Glace, or simply relaxing in a luxurious spa. Team building activities such as biathlon competitions and orienteering challenges are great fun and can be worked into your itinerary if desired.

Exemple of itinerary

Day 1:

  • Arrival at Geneva airport
  • Transfer to Chamonix (approx 1h15)
  • Check into your hotel/chalet
  • Welcome drinks and buffet lunch in hotel lounge or chalet
  • Private ski and boot fitting at your accommodation
  • Afternoon skiing. The Brevent-Flegere ski area is perfect for your first day as the lift station is minutes from Chamonix centre and offers a wide range of pistes to suit all abilities, as well as easily accessible off-piste.
  • Après-ski! Let your hair down together over a few drinks and a dance at the fabulous Folie Douce.
  • Unwind and chat about your day over dinner in one of Chamonix’s excellent restaurants. We can organise a typical Savoyard experience complete with fondue, charcuterie and local wines, or you could sample some fine French haute cuisine at one of our Michelin-starred restaurants. If you want something less formal, Chamonix also offers a great range of casual dining options that include sushi, pizza, pasta, and burgers.

Day 2:

  • Explore more of the Chamonix ski area with a morning on the slopes, honing your technique under the expert tuition of our ski instructors. Les Houches is a perfect area for everyone to enjoy as it combines beautiful tree-lined ski pistes with a network of snowshoe trails and the possibility of a scenic ride on the Tramway du Mont Blanc.
  • Skiers and non-skiers will meet for a leisurely lunch beside the slopes, either on a sunny terrace if the weather is in our favour or nestled in a cosy mountain restaurant.
  • The afternoon will be free for your meetings and seminars. We can ensure that your accommodation has all the equipment you require – projectors, sound systems, etc – and that refreshments are provided.
  • Tonight’s highlight is a snowmobile escape evening – an Italian adventure with excellent food and a unique location in the neighbouring resort of Courmayeur!

Day 3:

  • Ski the world-famous Vallee Blanche off-piste itinerary. Those with the appropriate ski level will be guided down a truly spectacular route; starting at the top of the Aiguille du Midi, surrounded by the peaks of the Mont Blanc Massif, and finishing on the Mer de Glace – France’s longest glacier. An incredible and memorable experience.
  • Non-skiers will join the Vallee Blanche group to ride the Aiguille du Midi cable car up to its summit at 3842m. Watch your colleagues disappear down the ice tunnel and embark on their descent, then take your time to look around the various viewing platforms. From here you can soak up 360° views of the French, Swiss and Italian Alps whilst looking out across the rugged crevasses of the glacier. If you’re feeling brave enough you can “Step Into the Void” – a glass box suspended over a 1000m drop with nothing but snow and ice far beneath you!
  • As yesterday, we all meet up again for a relaxed lunch on the ski slopes. Vallee Blanche skiers can either opt for a picnic lunch on the glacier, or the “plat du jour” at the Requin mountain refuge.
  • After the day’s activities have come to an end you will be transported back to your accommodation in time to shower and change before your departure.
  • Check out of your hotel/chalet and return transfer to Geneva airport in time for an evening flight.

Inclusive:

  • Dedicated Chamex Events representative present throughout your trip to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
